Of course, one of the most popular questions we are hearing is how much the cost of a new home will be on Fort Myers Beach or any neighboring area with elevated foundation requirements.  Every house is different and every builder will have different pricing.  When a builder budgets costs of a home, he combines all of his proposals from suppliers and subcontractors and adds a profit percentage to the bottom line.

Given the scale of the Allan Development Group and Bayside Building business, we have our own in-house laborors and carpenters.  This provides homeowners significant savings.  So let's get to the point.  Here is how pricing is averaging with our new designs.  This is based off of our basic spec level that includes a shingle roof, hardwood birch shaker cabinets, a full set of stainless steel appliances with washer/dryer, solid surface countertops, custom tile showers, and stucco exterior finish.
