Scott Allan has been one of South Lee County's most prominent real estate developers and custom homebuilders for the past several years.  He has developed and built $250 million of product within a 10 mile radius of his office on Pine Ridge Road over the last 8 years.  Scott is best known for being the innovator behind the "Mancaves" just 2 miles from the beach but also for custom residential builds on the islands including master planned communities such as Villas at Causeway Key, Bent Palms and Davis Preserve.

Bayside Building is the exclusive General Contractor for Allan Development.  Partner, Brant Kotel is not just the licensed GC, but is a master carpenter who spends his days in the field working and supervising our projects.  Brant will guide you with custom craft expertise to give you a finished home you've always wanted.  

Bayside Building has 4 proprietary designs with more in design.  Most of our customers tweak our plans to meet their needs or we can "design-build" something from your imagination.
